Our Price For Real-Estate Video Production
Basic Video Tour
Includes tour of entire property set to music of your choice.* Every
room and entire property grounds are filmed and photographed. Video
titles detail what room is currently being shown during the tour.
Entire package includes shooting, editing, and your personal graphic
displayed at the beginning and end of the video. Video duration
averages from client-to-client, most averaging four (4) minutes.
$150 for property and $225 for commercial property under 5000 sq-ft.
Deluxe Video Tour
Includes entire Basic Video Tour package with filmed, scripted
additions. Narration over video or scripted acting filmed inside the
property are but a few possibilities many clients use. Copywriting
and acting is client-supplied, however we supply a variety of services
to offer a fully-polished presentation. Voiceovers are added if
original audio is unusable due to unfavorable environmental
conditions, e.g., wind, construction noise, poor acoustics. Video
duration averages from client-to-client, most averaging six (6)
minutes.
$200 for property and $300 for commercial property under 10,000 sq-ft.
Premier Video Tour
Includes entire Deluxe Video Tour package with emphasis on property
highlights, such as added amenities or a stunning view. Homeowners,
agents or actors can detail exactly what makes a property unique to
potential buyers with an infomercial-like feel. This video tour tells
the story behind a property with a more-obvious human element.
Interview segments are blended with music and paired with imagery that
respects contextual references when possible. Video duration averages
from client-to-client, most averaging ten (10) minutes.
$300 for property and $500 for commercial property under 10,000 sq-ft.
Time-Lapse Video
Time-lapse video always makes the mundane look more appealing.
Capture the slow progress of any event like a construction project, a
sunrise, or a concert and make it look amazing.
Fee includes shooting and media-based delivery of footage.
$50/hour** Minimum one hour.
Inquire within for copywriting, acting, audio services or other fees.
Larger properties incur extra charges.
* Client is assumed copyright-holder for all client-supplied media or
has permission to use said media (audio, voice-over, graphics, etc.).
We do not verify ownership of any copyrights or permissions, therefore
client indemnifies us from any liability we may incur over copyright
litigation.
** Rates may be adjusted to reflect potentially risky situations
including, but not limited to, changing weather conditions,
traffic-based situations, or other environmental hazards that may pose
liability to people or property.
